Through activities, presentations and discussions, participants will explore the concepts of neurodiversity, inclusion and accommodation in the modern workplace. Specifically, the course will cover topics such as recognizing and respecting different types of neurological functioning & understanding the diversity of abilities within the workforce. Participants will gain insight and knowledge that can be applied to their daily working practices, and leave with the skills needed to create an inclusive and productive workplace for all.

    • Foster a sense of belonging, engagement and inclusion

    Target Audience:

    The course can be tailored for the specific cohort whether it be the leadership team, another group of managers/team leaders or employees.

    Duration:

    This course is available as a 1-day course or a truncated ½ day course.

    Delivery:

    This course can be delivered both in-person or virtually. For virtual delivery, we can use our virtual platforms or your organisations.
