Most organisations now run excellent graduate induction programs. This course is designed as an add on. Graduates seek assurance that they have made the right career move. That is the backbone of this course. It reassures Graduates that they have made the right move. The course gathers, categorises and addresses the expectations of the Graduates. Simultaneously it reminds graduates that the transition to their ideal role needs lots of new learning, thinking, reflection and realistic timeframes! Designed by an organisational psychologist, this course helps Graduates understand the bigger picture and provides tools to cope realistically with their career expectations. Rome wasn’t built in a day.

The course is packed with case studies and hypotheticals. At the conclusion of this workshop your Graduates will be able to:
