Course Description
Some workplace bullies are well camouflaged. Bullies can lurk around, unnoticed by senior managers. This course has been designed by an organisational psychologist to help senior managers to proactively spot bullies early.
Many organisations get caught up in deciding what to do. They are unsure and hence procrastinate. Inwardly they are hoping the situation will sort itself out — it almost never does. So here’s a psychological insight into the make-up of a bully. Megalomaniacs and office psychopaths are also covered in this course.
This is not a WHS compliance bullying-type course. It is mining a much deeper vein. Participants learn why bullies bully. Lawyers have tied up many organisations in legal knots over bullying. This course helps your people untangle the knots. If you’re serious about ending bullying, this course is ideal. It’s a good opportunity to quickly revisit your bullying policy and procedures. Imagine the difference if you removed all bullying allegations from your workplace. Our course enables participants to effectively deal with workplace bullying.
