How does MBYDESIGN 4.1™measure the impact of internal and external training programs?


Your internal or external program is completed as normal. At the conclusion participants are informed that their “Higher Performance Certificate” will be available in 2 weeks giving participants enough time to demonstrate that they have transferred skills into the workplace.


Participants are prompted to visit a portal to demonstrate their new skills by answering specific behavioural type questions and consequently download their personalised “Higher Performance Certificates”. These behavioural questions have been assembled by psychologists to measure the transferability of the learning to the workplace.


The data is collected and disseminated into a report. Your report will include evidence of the transfer of learning to the workplace.
