Leading the formal training function
Now don’t miss this short session. This facilitated session will help you ensure you are
getting the most amount of value out of the 10.


You’ve probably got a network of trainers/facilitators/coaches that you use. How do you
know if you are getting value? Are they getting lazy? Are their training materials up to date?

This session ends the day of training and you’re certain to pick up tips from other people in the audience. Your facilitator is also an ex L&D Manager and will give you some supply chain stories that will make you laugh and weep at the same time. It’s a terrific session.

At the conclusion of this session participants will be able to:
