On your behalf we search for quantifiable evidence of a world-class fit between what you are looking for and what the consultant has designed and/or delivered recently (reduces any design costs).
Filter 3 – Evidence of Excellence
On your behalf we gather evidence that the consultant has impeccable, recent and verifiable referrals from other HR/L&D teams within your industry .
Filter 4 – Beginning the Project
On your behalf we determine the scope of the consultant’s competence. Determining if a single consultant can address all your training needs or if we should use more than one consultant.
Filter 5 – Design and Development
Design and development of your learning program exactly to your requirements.
Filter 6 – Sign Off
You sign off the project when you are completely satisfied.
